Simple and juicy barbeque chicken and the comfort of a side of macaroni & cheese will have you wishing BBQ weather was all season long.
1. Prepare the grill:
Light a chimney that has been filled to the top with charcoal. Once the charcoals are covered with gray ash, pour out and spread coals out evenly. Set cooking grate on top and place the lid on top to preheat for 5 minutes.
Alternatively, set the burners on a gas grill to the medium heat and close the lid to preheat 10 minutes. Scrub grilling grate clean.
Next oil the grate by tightly folding paper towel into a square and dip it in oil. Use a tongs to brush the heavily oil-soaked paper towel on the clean grates.
2. Prep the chicken:
Place chicken in a large bowl and dust with kosher salt, garlic powder, onion powder.
Toss to combine. Add the mayonnaise and give it another toss. Sprinkle Ranch seasoning on top and give it one last toss.
Thread chicken on skewers.
3. Grill: Place chicken skewers directly on the grill. Grill for about 10 to 12 minutes; flipping every two minutes.
4. While chicken is grilling, heat Main St Bistro Signature Macaroni and Cheese for 5 minutes in microwave per package directions.
Serve and enjoy.
