This fuss-free weeknight meal is a surefire hit paired with macaroni & cheese.


  • 1 whole chicken
  • Olive oil spray
  • 1 lemon, sliced
  • 6 rosemary sprigs
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • (1) 20oz package Main St Bistro® Signature Macaroni & Cheese


  1. Rinse chicken, then add slices of lemon and sprigs of rosemary under the skin. 
  2. Lightly spray chicken all over with olive oil and sprinkle with salt and pepper.  
  3. Bake at 375 degrees F for about 30-40 minutes until the internal temperature reads 160 degrees.
  4. Let chicken rest for 10 minutes before slicing and serving.  
  5. While chicken is resting, heat Main St Bistro Signature Macaroni & Cheese in microwave for 5 minutes per package directions.
